Through Translating Interpreting Service - TIS National, NDIS participants can access free interpreting services to support communication with our team in their preferred language.


What is TIS National?

TIS National (Translating Interpreting Service) is a free Australian Government interpreting service available to NDIS registered providers. Services include:



  • Interpreters are available in more than 160 languages

  • This is a free service with no cost to participants

  • TIS National's immediate phone interpreting service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year

  • The service supports participants who prefer to communicate in a language other than English.
