How do I get a copy of my NDIS Plan?

NDIS Participant downloading a copy of NDIS Plan

How do I get a copy of my NDIS Plan is one of the most common questions we get at LifeAbility Plan Management. When your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan is approved, having a PDF copy of your NDIS Plan will help you and your providers, plan to reach your NDIS Goals.

Your NDIS Providers may ask you for a copy of your NDIS Plan. As your NDIS Plan Manager it is our responsibility to ensure that your funding is used according to your NDIS Goals. We make sure that your invoices are processed quickly so that your NDIS Providers are paid in a timely manner and we report back to the NDIS on your behalf. Having a copy of your NDIS Plan helps us provide you with the best Plan Management support.
